 Hold yourself we as a company as individuals are going though a rough phase too some express some don't and that's where it goes wrong  Open up , Speak, Over come , Let it go , It happens , Your not alone , Its Okay , Let Them talk , Don't Die , Try to Live , Try to Smile .But don't  end your  lives.

Few people are in hospitals looking forward to be normal and happy person  again  and live with there lovedonce but  they are suffering from #covid_19  not from Lockdown they are  just wishing and praying god and doctors  to give them a chance to live again .


 And here our young fellows are flowing with mental illness and suffering from over thinking, heartbreaks and other issues yet and rough times shall go soon just have patience and faith on yourself . kindly don't lose hope don't stop dreaming start looking the good out of bad. Remember everything happens for a reason remember you are here for a reason

Karnataka notifies RERA BENGALURU : The Karnataka government has notified the  Real Estate   Regulatory  (Regulation and Development) Act on Monday making it mandatory for all the builders to register with the regulator. The Karnataka Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette, said Kapil Mohan, principal secretary to the Karnataka's department of housing. Last week, the Karnataka Cabinet had approved the Real Estate Regulatory (Regulation and Development) Act with a few changes, paving the way for the setting up of a regulator for the sector. According to the Karnataka  RERA   Rules, the builders should disclose the size of the apartment based on carpet area.
